This is really Paul's second american CD, the previous being 92's The Blue Sun. It still makes me sad to think that some of Paul's best work was on a tiny obscure Dutch label. Well this is certainly one of his better efforts. The high points for me are the glam-esque Slow It Down and the powerful dynamics of Deep Freeze. It should also be mentioned it is produced by Mo Tucker, the original drummer for the Velvet Underground.
